“I came to reflexology naturally and logically after a career and training focused on the body and health (STAPS APA).
I spent fifteen years as a sports educator in adapted sports, extending my sporting career while adapting to a public with specific demands.
It was during a trip to in 2013 that I trained in reflexology, mainly at centres in Chiang Mai (Thailand) and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam).
There I discovered techniques specific to each country, but also unforgettable cultures, landscapes and faces…
Back in France, I took a one-year reflexology course based on é , a more “Western” approach to the practice.
The knowledge of anatomy and biology I acquired during my studies has been invaluable in helping me to master all the content and techniques taught.
This background informs my reflexology practice: curious about others, I adapt to the needs and particularities of each individual.
My technique also draws on the different teachings I’ve received, enabling me to respond as effectively as possible to each request. (By the way: it doesn’t tickle and you’re free to speak or not during the session! )
