Artisanal cannery
At Poisson d’Ouest, we love the sea and we make the most of it!
Since 2005, the cannery has been making and cooking delicious gourmet recipes using locally caught fish and seafood: mackerel, sardines, spider crab, scallops, lobster, and more.
These products are available as rillettes for aperitifs, whole fish, and smoked fish!
The recipes are authentic, delicious and free from additives and artificial ingredients.
Deeply rooted in its local area in Plouénan, the workshop shop is open on Friday afternoons.
During the summer season, tours are organised so you can take a look behind the scenes, chat with the team and sample some delicious local products!
Shop open on Fridays from 3.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
