Chapelle Saint-Joseph

Saint-Pol-de-Léon

You are welcome to explore the exterior of the church only. The bell tower of Saint Joseph’s chapel dates from 1716 and comes from the former Ursulines convent.

The bell tower is 33 metres tall and was erected here in 1846 on the chapel of the Retirement home for priests from the diocese. The chapel had a funerary vocation at this time.

It was refurbished in the 70’s, it has beautiful wooden stalls, a monumental marble altar and a very beautiful Art-Deco centre-light.
