Jardin Exotique et Botanique de Roscoff

This garden is home to over 3 500 species and varieties of plants from the Southern Hemisphere and one of the biggest outdoor collections of Austral species and succulents!

As you keep walking on this little path you will enjoy the diversity of plants coming mostly from South Africa, South America, Australia, Canary Islands, Madera, Asia and India. Well displayed in different original and poetic arrangements; most of all, cultivated without use of chemical fertilizers. Admire Proteas, Callistemons, Eucalyptus, Kniphobia, Hebe… The panoramic view from the 18-meter high granite rock formation allows you to contemplate the Baie de Morlaix and comprehend the garden as a whole. Ponds, cascades and fountains bring a touch of freshness. Colourful gems from faraway lands… Amateur photographers and botanists, come!
Follow the “Sentier des odeurs” and discover some species’ extraordinary scent. Kids will enjoy the ponds and the spring where carps live amongst the beautiful aquatic vegetation.
